Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is the leveraging of technology or specialist process vendors to provide and manage an organization's critical and/or non-critical enterprise processes and applications. The most common examples of BPO are call centers, human resources, accounting and payroll outsourcing. Business process outsourcing involves the use of off-shore resources.
Europeans customers can get huge price advantage. An employee recruited in India and working offshore would cost only 20% compared to same resource working in Europe.

Lelesys has developed capability to work in following areas. Currently we have staff of 10 employees for BPO and we can grow up to 50 at a short time. We have huge pool of English speaking Science and Commerce graduates in Goa. Being Goa an international known place it is possible to arrange for German, Spanish and Portuguese speaking staff as well.
