Development process
At Lelesys we have developed and optimized software development cycle essential to keep tab on timeline and quality. We use latest methods, tools and processes and also train our staff for using these effectively.
We use Agile development, traditional waterfall and rapid development methods in our 3 delivery sections.
Agile development: We use agile development method in case of larger projects as well as product development. Generally for Agile we have team of 8-10 developers and project running for 12 to 15 months. Whole project management cycle is tracked using Redmine system

Waterfall method: This method is used for custom extension development where project size is small and involves 3-4 programmers. In this case also Redmine is used to track the progress of the project.
Rapid development: This method is used for our PSD to TYPO3 template development team. In this case most of the components are already developed as stock components and team works in factory mode where individual developer is specialized in each activity.
