Shashikant Lele - Chairman: He has nearly two decades of experience managing business process and specializes in corporate strategies. Being an outstanding academician in the field of Mathematics his interest besides Lelesys is to works towards improving basic education in Indian schools.

Hrishikesh Lele - Founder and Managing Director: Hrishikesh is hands-on software professional with extensive business acumen. He has been principal product developer in the area of manufacturing graphics, peer to peer file sharing and industrial automation. Currently he is involved in development of web-enabled applications using Microsoft .Net technologies. He manages technical and customer relation areas of Lelesys.

Rutuja Lele - Director BPO Services: Rutuja is MBA in Finance and she has worked with leading telecom companies in India for processing of finance and sales. She has extensive experience in Management Information Systems. She leads BPO services team at Lelesys.

Pankaj Lele - Founder and Director: Pankaj is Electronics professional and he manages the operations and networking of Lelesys. He also heads the team of Linux application development. His interest includes Linux clustering and super computing. Currently he is involved in a big Enterprize Content Management System using Typo3, Drupal and Joomla.

Leena Lele - Director:  Leena is Master in Computer Science and she has been working in IT since last 6 years. She is specialized in Java technology and holds Java certification. She also works in Linux, PHP, mySQL and other Open Source technologies. Currently she is involved in a big Enterprise Content Management System using Typo3.

Rohini Lele - Director: Rohini has been working as back office administrator for Lelesys and she always has been source of motivation to the team.
